Indianapolis GP Pit Exit

I've been running some practice laps this week while trying to learn the track as best I can before Saturday's race and i've noticed that there is basically no lane when you exit the pits. When you come out you are nearly directly in the way of the turn 1 right hander. I highly recommend that everyone take a look at this before Saturday and maybe even give exiting the pits a few practice tries because i'm almost certain there will be a pit exit/turn 1 disaster come race day if we don't use our heads.

Had a look at it, seems there's plenty of room to apply the brakes before turn 1 as well as a good view of who's coming up on said turn.

Pit traffic will always give way to track traffic but i also think people should practice this pit entrance and exit.

Why don't people stick to the right of the track when exiting the pits if their is some one coming down the start finish straight?

well thats what giving way is lol. they will stay right and if need be slow down early
