8. The Reporting Of Incidents1. Series FormatThis series will run for 6 weeks, there will be 1 track per week on Saturday evenings at 9pm.
Each track will host 3 rounds per evening which will last approximatly 25 minutes per Round.
2. Qualifying / Race / Pit Stop FormatsQualifyingQualifying will be hosted during the week leading upto an event.
Qualifying must be run with an administrator present and hosting the session.
You will have ten minutes to practice followed directly with a 20 minutes qualifying session and your fastest clean lap will be recorded.
If you fail to post a clean time your fastest dirty lap will be recorded under the same format as the Forza leaderboards. ( dirty to the back )
RaceThere will be 1 Event per week for 6 weeks, the event will be held at 9pm on a Saturday and each event will last roughly 75 minutes. There will be 3 seperate races per event.
Race 1 – 25 minutes from a rolling start in qualifying positions.
Race 2 – 25 minutes from a standing start in reverse grid order.
Race 3 – 25 minutes from a standing start in lobby points order. ( most points starting first)
Race 1 will have one rolling lap to get into qualifying positions. during this lap the administrator for the event (SLR Dalton 026) will call the out driver names one by one, only once your name has been read out should you move from the starting line and complete your lap, without overtaking the person whose name has been called before yours. You must not exceed 80 MPH in the warm up/ rolling lap. Once the main race starts it will be a race to the end, we will only restart the race if 3 or more cars are damaged in a collision within the first 3 laps, once the first car enters lap 4 this no longer applies.
Pit StopsThere will be no mandatory pit stops during these events.
3. AssistsAs always this series is going to be run as true to life as possible, this means all assists listed below are non-negotiable:

4. Teams / PointsThis event will be a teams event and each team will consist of 2 drivers. Both drivers do not have to be part of the same CCRO race team but must still be members of CCRO. Both drivers must be driving the same car with exactly the same liveries. (excluding driver name and number)
Both cars do not have to share the same build or tunes during this event.
PointsEvery driver will be awarded points at the end of each race dependant on their finishing position in their class. These points will go towards the Driver Championship and also accumulate towards the Team Championship.

4th in the race = 15 points
5th in the race = 12 points

5. CarsThere is no list of mandatory cars for this event. You are allowed to use the car of your choice as long as it was not built before 2000, all rules and regulations are followed and it is not already a Race Tuned Car (I.E. Mugen and AMG). All cars entered into this event can not exceed the build specifications and must first be inspected and approved by SLR Dalton 026 bofore you will be Confirmed for the championship.
There will be a 2 team per car limitation for this event. If more than 2 teams sign up for the event in the same car, we wil act on a first come first serve basis.
6. Upgrades / TunesUpgrade parts:All specifications for this event are part of the current 2012 BTCC regulations (NGTC)
All cars entered must not exceed the limitations of the regulations listed below.
All cars must be FWD or RWD and have no more than 299 BHP or 299 LB-FT Torque. The minimum weight allowed for the cars entering this event is 2,501 LBS and must use racing spec tires.
Tires width must be no more than 235 front and rear on FWD cars and 255 for RWD and the rim size on all cars must be a minimum of 18".
All cars must be fitted with a Single Turbocarger but must not be upgraded past Stock. The maximum Engine size is 2.0L and must not have a Engine conversion.
The only Drivertrain convertions aloud is AWD/RWD

Tuning is aloud and encouraged. 7. PaintsPaints must be Race Style designs and must not look like something out of Fast and Furious. (BTCC resemble designs are encouraged)
All cars must have Gamertag, Driver number and BTCC Bumper stickers front and rear.
8. Reporting Of IncidentsAll incidents must be reported directly after the race (not during the race) unless it requires a penalty. Incidents will not be discussed during the race and all replays must be saved by the driver making the complaint because if there is a lag which caused the incident then it will not be visible by anyone else’s replay.
The replay/replays will be reviewed by the administrators and a decision will be made as to weather or not anyone is to blame and if a penalty should be given to any or both drivers.
