This event is going to be made as true to life as possible, which means restarts are not an option. If you crash in turn one there is nothing you can do about it other than pit and get on with the race. There will be no mandatory pits but if you need to pit feel free to do so.
Teams:
The team structure will be teams of 2 drivers, with both drivers driving the same Manufacturer/style of car. You do not have to use the same build as long as both cars meets the series regulations. We do ask that your paint designs for team cars do match as best as possible. You will not be restricted to who you may have as your team mate as anybody signed up to CCRO can pair with another member of CCRO. (i.e. sky blue sam 67 from RPM could team up with hugogtturbo from team TMS)
You can also sign your self up as an independent in which you will be without a team mate and will not be able to compete for the team championship.
Teams will be named with the name of your main sponsor from your car livery.
(i.e. Team Silverline - Team Kenwood - Team Hugo Boss)
Cars:
All Cars must meet the regulations set by our admin team. The regulations are in place to ensure no driver has an unfair advantage over any other driver. We do have ways of checking if your car is to the specifications or not. Anybody found trying to cheat, either by car builds or by any other means, will be banned from using CCRO's forums without notice.
CCRO DOES NOT tolerate cheating of any kind!
Race Format:
On the Sunday 1 week before a scheduled race there is a 10- minute practice session followed by a 30-minute qualifying session which determines the starting order for the first race on the following Sunday with the fastest driver lining up in pole position.
Each race length will be any where from 16 to 25 laps, depending on the length of the circuit. The results of race one determines the grid order for race two (i.e. the winner starts on pole).
For race three, the grid order will be determined by the lobby points. Which means who ever has the lowest lobby points after race 1 and 2 will start on pole for race 3 and who ever has the most points will start at the back of the grid.
