Hello guys, how are we finding the challenge up to now??

I personally think some of them are very challenging but I am having lots of fun attempting them.

Thanks to everyone taking part in this event.

I like the look of this challenge. I will sign up on the weekend when I get some real time on FM3.

No worries pal. Racing these times are fun but finding the times and making sure they're 100% correct is tricky. Also forza is slightly faster than real life.

Are they standing start laps?

There is a rolling start although some of the times on Nurburgring are "Bridge to Gantry". which means they're unbeatable on a full lap. I hit 8:55 about an hour ago in the range rover, when timed bridge to gantry. We do not know how many are correct until we have run them. Also some times are by amateur drivers which means they're beatable by a few seconds. But there are some spot on laps that are very hard to beat.

I find the Beat the real a great event. It's interesting to see how we can compare to the actual times from real drivers. I'm liking the opportunity to drive so many different cars and post times in them. I also want to send out a huge thank you to SLR Dalton 026 for organizing this event, taking the time to find all the proper real life track times and sitting down to watch and verify all entries. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed pal...tks!

Yes, great job Dalton. For me this is one of the best events I have entered on forza 3. I'm getting addicted and I can't stop running all of the cars and comparing times. Sorry for giving you so much to do...THANK YOU!
