i was also thinking of the Texaco one, but thought id try something more purple. the missus says its horrible. see your running the full areo. just doesnt look as pretty

I've got a 1:02.5 round Tsukuba john, the aliens are obviously a lot quicker than that though!

i've also got a 1:02.5 with my first build

I'm thinking of going with the Benson and Hedges race design. Anyone choose that one yet?

great job Don - not sure how long the paint will stay on but they look great for now

Managed to get a 1:01.18, this series is shaping up to be a great one!

I should probably explain I didn't make those paints. A couple of guys off of the forza-tuning.net forum made them for me

We need to slow lanky down, I think he should have a 10 pi drop straight away, he was throwing in 1.01.3s, 1.01.2s and finally got into the 1.01.1s all over the place, I think we have found the true alien.

It's not about the pace pal, you'll get faster with practice. Stick around for the fun...the race is secondary!

My pc technician just left my house. He reset all the settings for my Internet and found that 2 necessary ports were closed. He opened them and said I should be good to go now...hopefully no more devastating lag issues from my end!

What times are you getting, Elchupacabra?

I've been practicing for the past few days, and can't get consistently below a 1:02.8 (I've run various set ups and upgrades, as well). Normally, I'm around 2 seconds off the pace, and I can't see the problem improving much in the future. I've been quite a bit slower than everyone I've practiced against so far, so I'm worried that I'll just get in the way.

there will always be someone to race with and with such a tight rack who knows what will happen

I agree with ian elchupaca, don't quit because you're a little off the pace, you never know what can happen and you saw how hard it is to pass in these cars, if you keep at it I'm sure you'll get quicker!

yeah, im not always competitive in the qualifying but if you can get ahead of someone and be as wide as the track then your still racing

And just to add to this, Chupacabra, this is first track everything can change and most likely will be different on next track and track after that
