1. Series Format

This series will run for 6 weeks, there will be 2 tracks per week on Sunday evenings at 5pm.
Each track will host 1 round which will last approximitly 30 minutes per Round.

2. Qualifying / Race / Pit Stop Formats

Qualifying

Qualifying will be hosted directly before a race and will last for 6 laps.

Qualifying must be run with an administrator present and hosting the session.

Practice needs to be done before the event and on your own time as there will not be any time allotted for practice during the qualifying sessions.

If you fail to post a clean time, your fastest dirty lap will be recorded under the same format as the Forza leader boards. (dirty to the back and in descending order)

Race

There will be 2 rounds per week for 6 weeks, the event will be held at 5pm on the scheduled Sundays and each event will last approximately 90 minutes. There will be 2 seprate races in each Round.

Race 1 – 30 Minutes on Track 1
Race 2 – 30 Minutes on Track 2

Each race will begin with a standing start format and grid order will be arranged from the previous qualifying session. Race restarts will not be implemented in this series unless a car has rolled and is stuck on his roof within the first 2 laps of the start of the race.

Pit Stops

There will be 1 mandatory pit stop during each race and this must be taken between the laps stated in Calendar.

3. Assists

As always this series is going to be run as true to life as possible, this means all assists listed below are non-negotiable.

Suggested Line – Optional
STM – Off
TCS – Off
Braking Assist – OFF
ABS – Optional
Steering Assist – Optional (Normal/Simulation)
Shifting – Automatic / Manual (NO CLUTCH as it's an unfair advantage to drivers that do not have a clutch option in FM4)

4. Teams / Points

Teams

There will be 4 teams consisting of 4 drivers per team. Teams will be made up by the Admins to create 4 evenly Balanced teams. This will be done 1 week before the series is due to start providing we have enough sign-ups. (teams sizes may be changed before the series starts without notice to accommodate all members).

Points

Every driver will be awarded points at the end of each race dependant on their finishing positions. These points will go towards the Driver Championship and will also accumulate towards the Team Championship. Team points will be based on an average (Total amount of team points divided by Team members during each round).

Points Awarded
1st in the race = 25 points

2nd in the race= 21 points

3rd in the race = 18 points

4th in the race = 15 points

5th in the race = 12 points

6th in the race = 11 points

7th in the race = 10 points

8th in the race = 9 points

9th in the race = 8 points

10th in the race = 7 points

11th in the race = 6 points

12th in the race = 5 points

13th in the race = 4 points

14th in the race = 3 points

15th in the race = 2 points

16th in the race = 1 points

5. Cars

There is a list of mandatory cars with mandatory builds that we will be using for this event, these cars have been built specifically for this event. Each car has its own strengths and weaknesses but overall are very equal lap for lap (lots of testing has been done). These builds will be available for testing via the CCRO Club garage or will be available on the Storefront of SLR Sam 046. Be sure to sign up and submit a request for your desired car as soon as possible as the cars will be allotted using a first come first serve basis.

Once you have signed up and chosen your car you will not be allowed to change your car choice and the build will be sent to you unlocked for you to tune to your preferences.

Once a Driver has Signed up for a car the same car cannot be selected again by another driver unless we have over 16 Sign ups.

Tuning is aloud and encouraged.

7. Paints

Paints must be race style designs and must not look like something out of Fast and Furious.
All cars must have Gamertags and driver numbers on both sides of the car along with the mandatory bumper sticker on the rear. (Bumper sticker is the Continental Tire Manufacturer Logo provided by FM4 and can be found in the paint section of FM4)

You must not use Locked Vinyl Groups as all cars are going to be gifted to the Winner of the Photo Competition. (You can send a duplicate car is you wish to keep your copy)

8. Reporting Of Race Incidents

All incidents must be reported directly after the race (not during the race) unless it requires a penalty. Race incidents will not be discussed during the race and all replays must be saved by the driver making the complaint because if there is a lag which caused the incident then it will not be visible by somebody else’s replay.

The replay/replays will be reviewed by the administrators and a decision will be made as to weather or not anyone is to blame and if a penalty should be given to any or both drivers.

If there is anything I have not discussed here that you would like to see or if you have any questions please comment below.
